Get Ready for Summer Daze

June 21st is the longest day of the year in the northern hemisphere. It heralds the beginning of summer! Do you remember when you were a child, wishing away your life and counting the school days until summer vacation? It seemed like forever, but summer always came. It was a time of wondrous discoveries, a time to use our imagination, have adventures with our friends and to enjoy what nature had to offer. Time stood still on these summer days. Listed here are some verses about summer - maybe they’ll bring back some fond “Summer Daze” memories for you.
