We live in the times where LED lights are cheap as dirt, and they don’t pull too much current from your alternator, either. I say use them to make your own nighttime statement – create a light impression that can be seen from a mile away. Make yourself more recognizable to your friends and make them jump in their seat at 3:00 AM and say, “THAT’S HIM!” Believe it or not, this is one way to stand against socialism, against throwing everyone into one bag and marking them “deplorables” or worse. I know the reality of communism because I grew up in a place where you couldn’t own your own truck. A place where you could only drive for the government in their universal fleet. You never knew who anyone else was at night because there was no chrome, no custom paint, and most of all, no chicken lights. It was a sad reality. Seriously, can you imagine living in a place like that? Me neither. That’s why I came to this country! Let’s celebrate freedom and the spirit of the American trucker with a bunch of new LEDs – while we still can!!
