If you really want to know the worth of a man, judge him by the smile of his wife and the laugher of his children. After all, they are the reason why we are out here – they are the motivation to provide a better way of life than what we had, and that’s our ultimate job. Anybody can tell you some story of how they are a renegade cowboy, but a true cowboy is quiet and humble. Don’t complain about work, don’t quit until the job is done, and always be the first to lend a hand. Respect is earned, never given. You are only going to get out of life what you put into it, so don’t sell yourself short and always give 100%!”
