Seen here is a unique-looking Kenworth cruising along the dry, salty banks of the Great Salt Lake in Utah. Unfortunately, much like the demise of the giant prehistoric Lake Bonneville that left behind the much smaller Great Salt Lake a long time ago, politicians and environmentalists would like to see trucks like this disappear, too. In my opinion, “climate change” is a naturally-occurring event that truckers, and others, are being blamed for. With owner operators being forced to buy outrageously-expensive filters or new trucks altogether, cool rigs like the one seen here may become a thing of the past. But, thankfully, the “cool truckers” will always find a way to make trucking fun and will always find a way to haul in style!
